This policy covers two different things, because this website and the SiteHub product are used differently:
- This website (sitehub-site) — what happens to your information if you fill out the demo-request or info-pack form.
- The SiteHub product — if you become a customer, your company's use of the product itself (employee data, payroll, job data, etc.) is covered by SiteHub's own in-app Privacy Policy, which is more detailed and specific to how the product works.
Who operates this site
This site is operated by AkerHub ("we", "us")[confirm legal entity name and registered address].
What we collect on this website
If you submit the "Request a demo" or "Get the info pack" form, we collect:
- Your name, company name, and email address (always)
- Your phone number and team size, if you provide them
- Anything you write in the optional message field
We don't collect this information any other way — there's no tracking pixel or account creation on this site, just these two forms.
How we use it
Only to respond to your inquiry: to reach out about a demo, or to send the info pack you requested. We don't use it for unrelated marketing, and we never sell it to anyone.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are stored with Supabase, our database provider. Only we can access them — the form uses a public key that can submit new entries but cannot read existing ones back.
Cookies & tracking
This site doesn't use advertising or analytics trackers, and doesn't set tracking cookies. It's a static site — the only network activity is the form submitting your information when you click submit, and (on the info-pack page) delivering the PDF you requested.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your contact information at any time — just email us. We'll remove it unless we're legally required to keep a record of it.
Children
This site is a business-to-business marketing site and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change to how this site handles information, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
