      Stop juggling five different tools

SiteHub covers the whole job lifecycle — from the first estimate to the closeout report — so your team stops re-entering the same information everywhere. Below is exactly what's included; nothing here is a paid add-on.

      Jobs & scheduling

Create a job with a client, address, budget and notes, then assign crew members to it — each worker sees only the jobs they're scheduled for. A dispatch-style schedule shows who's assigned where on any given day, and job status moves through open, in-progress and closed so nothing falls through the cracks. In a multi-office company, jobs are automatically tagged to the right location so the whole team isn't picking through jobs that aren't theirs.

      QR crew time clock

Post a QR code at each job site or office; workers scan it with any phone camera and clock in or out in seconds — no app install, no company login required on shared devices. A kiosk mode also supports a short numeric PIN per employee for a shared tablet in a van or trailer. Every clock-in and clock-out is tied to the specific job it happened on, so hours roll straight into both payroll and job-cost reporting automatically — no manual timesheets to re-key.

      Payroll & overtime

SiteHub totals hours per employee per pay period straight from clock data, applies daily and weekly overtime thresholds, and supports per-employee rate overrides for leads or specialty trades. Regional overtime rules can be configured to match where your crews actually work, so you're not manually recalculating hours in a spreadsheet before running payroll.

      Estimates & invoicing

Build line-item estimates with your own logo and company details, send them for client approval, and convert an accepted estimate into an invoice with one click — no retyping the scope of work. Invoices track sent/paid/overdue status, and every dollar rolls into the job's own cost report so you can see margin on that job specifically, not just the company as a whole.

      Materials & inventory

Keep a stock list per office, log materials as they're used on a specific job, and see the running material cost tied to that job automatically. When stock is running low it's visible immediately instead of discovered at the job site. Across multiple offices, inventory stays separated by location but still rolls up into one company-wide view for reordering decisions.

      Photo documentation & closeout reports

Crews upload before/during/after photos straight from their phone's browser — no separate app. When a job closes, SiteHub generates a clean, downloadable closeout PDF combining job details, materials used, hours logged, and every photo — the kind of record you can hand to a client, a property manager or an insurer without assembling it by hand.

      Multi-location, one P&L

Running more than one office or region? Add a location and every job, employee and inventory item can be tagged to it. Filter the whole app down to a single office when you need to, or view the combined dashboard, payroll and balance sheet across every location at once — one true picture of the company even if it's operating out of two or three cities under one roof.

      Training & compliance

Upload training documents and safety materials, assign them to specific employees or roles, and collect a recorded acknowledgment when they've reviewed it. Every assignment and completion is timestamped and searchable, so if you ever need to prove a worker was trained on a procedure, the record is already there instead of buried in email.

      Vehicles & fleet assignment

Keep a roster of company vehicles with make, model, colour, license plate and VIN, then assign a vehicle to an employee's profile in one click. Anyone looking at an employee — dispatch, the office, another supervisor — instantly sees which vehicle they're driving, with the plate and VIN right there, without a phone call to the field. Reassigning a vehicle to someone else, or retiring one from the active fleet, is a two-second change that updates everywhere it's shown. Want GPS tracking on top of this? See the fleet tracking add-on below.

      Roles & permissions

Every employee gets exactly the access their job needs. Crew members see their own jobs and time clock. Supervisors (Operations) manage schedules, employees and vehicles for day-to-day running. Inventory managers control materials and stock. A Project Manager role sees nearly everything an admin sees — jobs, payroll, invoicing, HR, vehicles — with the balance sheet, activity log and website leads held back for the owner's eyes only. Only the main admin can grant or change anyone's role, and admin accounts have final say over every setting in the company.

      Built-in security

Two-step verification on admin accounts, automatic sign-out after a configurable period of inactivity, and a full activity log recording who changed what and when — so sensitive job, payroll and client data stays protected. Every employee can change their own sign-in password at any time from their account page, and the main admin can reset anyone's password directly or send them a secure reset link if they're ever locked out.

      Getting started

Up and running in days, not months

No lengthy onboarding project. We set up your company, offices and team, and your crew starts using it on the next job.

      1

      We set up your company

Tell us your offices, your team, and how you run jobs today. We configure SiteHub to match — no blank slate to fill in yourself.

      2

      Your crew starts clocking in

Print a QR code for each job site. Workers scan it to clock in and out from day one — no app download, no training required.

      3

      The office runs everything else

Estimates, invoices, payroll and job tracking all flow from the same data your crew is already logging in the field.

      Security

Your job and payroll data, protected properly

SiteHub is built on the same security practices as much larger platforms — because construction companies handle real money and real people's information too.

      Two-step verification
      Configurable auto sign-out
      Full activity log
      Role-based access
      Data isolated per company
      Optional add-on

Fleet & GPS tracking, when you need it

Every SiteHub plan already lets you assign vehicles to employees. For companies that want to go further, GPS trip tracking and automatic cost allocation are available as an add-on.

      Fleet tracking add-on

On top of the vehicle roster and assignment built into every plan, the fleet add-on tracks where each vehicle actually goes, matches trips to scheduled jobs, and shows a live map of your fleet in motion — so vehicle time and travel becomes part of your operational picture, not just a name on a plate.

      • GPS trip tracking matched against scheduled stops
      • A live map of every vehicle in your fleet
      • Configurable cost-allocation rules for shared vehicles

Priced separately from your core SiteHub plan. Ask about it when you request a demo.

      Questions

What people usually ask before switching

If something's not covered here, ask us directly when you request a demo.

How long does setup actually take?

Most companies are running on SiteHub within a few days, not weeks. We load in your company details, offices, employees and any jobs you're currently tracking, print your crew's time-clock QR codes, and you're ready to use it on the next job. There's no big "implementation project" - if you can run a job the way you run it today, you can run it in SiteHub.

Do my workers need to download an app or learn new software?

No app download for crew members. Time clock is a QR code scan from any phone's camera - it opens straight to a clock-in screen. Photo uploads work the same way, straight from the phone's browser. The learning curve is basically "point your camera at the sign."

What happens to our data if we ever stop using SiteHub?

Your data is yours. We can export your jobs, invoices, employee records and job photos at any time, in standard formats (CSV/PDF) you can hand to another system or keep for your own records. You're never locked in.

Can it handle more than one office or region?

Yes. Add a location (office/branch) and SiteHub tags jobs, staff and inventory by location automatically, with a filter to view one office or everything at once. Your dashboard, payroll and balance sheet stay combined across every location - one true picture of the whole company, even if it's running out of two cities.

Can I track my vehicles with GPS, not just assign them?

Yes - as an optional add-on. Every SiteHub plan lets you assign a vehicle (plate, VIN, make, model) to an employee's profile at no extra cost. The fleet tracking add-on goes further: GPS trip tracking matched against scheduled jobs, a live map of your fleet, and configurable cost-allocation rules for shared vehicles. It's priced separately from your core plan - ask about it when you request a demo.

How is this different from generic project management software?

Most project management tools are built for software teams or general business use, then bent into shape for construction. SiteHub was built the other way around - inside a real construction company, for the way construction actually runs: a crew time clock that works from a job site with bad reception, materials tracked per job, closeout reports with photos, and payroll rules that match real overtime law - not a generic task board with construction-themed icons.

      What does it cost?

Pricing is sized to your company - offices, crew size and what you need on day one all factor in. There's no per-module upsell; every feature is included. Request a demo and we'll walk through your specific numbers with you.

      Is our data secure?

Yes. Every company's data is fully separated from every other company's - nobody outside your company can see your jobs, employees or numbers. Admin accounts support two-step verification, sessions can auto sign-out after inactivity, and every change is recorded in an activity log so you always know who did what and when.

Can I try it before committing to anything?

Yes - request a demo below and we'll walk you through SiteHub running on a real job, no credit card and no commitment. You'll see the actual product, not a slideshow.
